Atlanta Gas Light Company; Notice of Technical Conference

September 22, 1999.
    In the Commission's order issued on July 30, 1999, the Commission 
directed that a technical conference be held to address various issues 
related to Atlanta Gas Light Company's need for waivers of the 
Commission's policies and regulations in order to implement its retail 
unbundling program.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on 
Wednesday, October 20, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., in a room to be designated 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested parties and Staff are permitted to attend.
