Summary
The proposed information collection requirement described has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting comments on the subject proposal. The information to be collected is indication to HUD that a mortgage has been paid in full or that a mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed to terminate the contract of multifamily mortgage insurance.
