Summary
This document requests comments on a petition filed by Michael J. Mesic proposing the allotment of Channel 286A at Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The channel can be allotted to Sister Bay in compliance with the Commission's spacing requirements at coordinates 45-11-18 NL and 87-07-18 WL. Canadian concurrence will be requested for the allotment of Channel 286A at Sister Bay.
