Description of Filing: Oakdale Irrigation District and South San Joaquin Irrigation District, licensee of the Tri-Dam Project, made facility improvements that increased the generating capacity at its Donnells Powerhouse from 70,000 hp (52,500 kW) to 112,600 hp (84,450 kW). The licensee also states that the generating unit has not operated over 96,000 hp (72,000 kW) due to limitations of other components and contractual restraints. The original turbine hydraulic capacity was 525 cfs. At the current limitation on the unit, the turbine hydraulic capacity is 700 cfs. l. In determining the appropriate action to take, the Commission will consider all protests or other comments filed, but only those who file a motion to intervene in accordance with the Commission's Rules may become a party to the proceeding. Any comments, protests, or motions to intervene must be received on or before the specified comment date for the particular application.
