Publication of the OIG Special Advisory Bulletin on the Effect of 
Exclusion From Participation in Federal Health Care Programs

AGENCY: Office of Inspector General (OIG), HHS.

ACTION: Correction notice.

    On September 30, 1999, the OIG published a notice in the Federal 
Register (64 FR 52791) setting forth the recently-issued Special 
Advisory Bulletin addressing the effect of an OIG exclusion on an 
individual's or entity's participation in the Federal health care 
programs. In that notice, on page 52792, the first column, an 
inadvertent error was made in citing the title heading in section II. 
As corrected, the title heading for section II. should read as follows:

``II. Special Advisory Bulletin: Effect of Exclusion From 
Participation in Federal Health Care Programs''
