Sections 41102, 41108, Part 201 and Subpart Q, applies for a new or amended certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing Delta to engage in foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail on the U.S.-Mexico routes identified in Exhibit A, and to integrate this certificate authority with all of Delta's existing certificate and exemption authority.
