Meeting

October 8, 1999.
    The following items has been deleted from the list of agenda items 
scheduled for consideration at the October 8, 1999, Open Meeting that 
were previously listed in the Commission's Notice of October 1, 1999. 
Items 1 and 4 have been adopted by the Commission.
