Effective Date (Issued October 4, 1999)

October 8, 1999.
    The errata notice that was issued on October 7, 1999 is corrected 
to include the Federal Register Cite for the ``Notice of Initiation of 
Proceeding and Refund Effective Date'' and should read as follows:
    In the first sentence of the above-referenced notice (64 FR 54625, 
published October 7, 1999), change ``June 17, 1999'' to ``September 30, 
1999''.
