Notice of Visit

AGENCY: Postal Rate Commission.

ACTION: Notice of visit.

SUMMARY: Pitney Bowes employees will visit the Commission to present a 
briefing at 10:00 a.m. on Pitney Bowes' ``fast forward'' system and 
joint Pitney Bowes/Postal Service activities. This visit has been 
scheduled as a follow-up to address questions raised by an earlier 
Commission visit to Pitney Bowes facilities.

DATES: The visit is scheduled for Monday, October 25, 1999.
