Donation Overseas Under Section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, 
as Amended, for the Period October 1, 1999 Through December 31, 2000

AGENCY: Commodity Credit Corporation, USDA.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: On October 8, 1999 the President, Commodity Credit 
Corporation, determined that not more than 3.0 million metric tons of 
surplus wheat and wheat products (grain equivalent) and 100,000 metric 
tons of surplus barley that may be acquired by CCC would be available 
for donation overseas under section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 
1949, as amended, October 1, 1999 through December 31, 2000.
