Summary

This document requests comments on a petition filed by Seymour Broadcasting Company proposing the allotment of Channel 254A at Seymour, Texas, as the community's second FM broadcast service. The channel can be allotted to Seymour in compliance with the Commission's Rules provided there is a site restriction 10.1 kilometers (6.3 miles) south of the community. The coordinates for Channel 254A at Seymour are 33-29-57 NL and 99-15-06 WL.

Comments must be filed on or before December 6, 1999, and reply comments on or before December 21, 1999.
