The notice of a major disaster for the State of Tennessee, is hereby amended to include the following areas among the areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of January 19, 1999:
Fayette and Houston Counties for Individual Assistance.
Giles, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Stewart, and Wayne Counties for Public Assistance.
