Summary

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Council of Environmental Quality Regulations, the Coast Guard has approved its Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the National Distress System Modernization Project (NDSMP). Based

on the final PEA, the Coast Guard makes a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed NDSMP Action.
