AGENCY: National Institute of Corrections, Department of Justice.

ACTION: Cancellation for a cooperative agreement.

    On October 13, 1999 (Volume 64, Number 197) page 55490-55492 of the 
Federal Register, the National Institute of Corrections published a 
notice of a solicitation for a cooperative agreement entitled ``How to 
Develop Management Training.'' The NIC application number is 00A10. 
This notice is canceled. It will be revised and reissued at a later 
date.
