Take notice that on November 12, 1999, San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E), tendered for filing with the Commission certain cost data specified in Article IV.E. of the Stipulation and Agreement filed in these dockets on April 2, 1999, and approved by the Commission on May 28, 1999. SDG&E states that Article IV.E. requires such data, as at December 31, 1998 to be filed by the owners of certain Reliability Must Run (RMR) generating units. SDG&E further states that, although it no longer owns the units in question, it is submitting the data as an accommodation to the new owners, since SDG&E owned or leased the units on December 31, 1998. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest such filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions and protests should be filed on or before December 3, 1999. Protests will be considered by the Commission to determine the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
