AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The inventions listed below are assigned to the United States 
Government as represented by the Secretary of the Navy and are 
available for domestic and foreign licensing by the Department of the 
Navy.
    U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/144,683 entitled ``High Noise 
Communication System'' Navy Case No. 79,054 and U.S. Patent Application 
Serial No. 09/207,903 entitled ``High Noise Suppression Microphone'' 
Navy Case No. 79,603.
