Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License; PyroGenesis Inc.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to PyroGenesis Inc. a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive 
license to practice the government-owned inventions described in U.S. 
Patent Number 5,960,026 entitled, ``Organic Waste Disposal System.''

DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file 
written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later 
than February 7, 2000.

ADDRESS: Written objections are to be filed with the Carderock 
Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Code 004, 9500 MacArthur Blvd., 
West Bethesda, MD 20817-5700.
