ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of public comment period.

SUMMARY: On Wednesday, November 24, 1999, (64 FR 66126), the Department 
of Defense published a proposed rule on TRICARE Family Member Dental 
Plan. This document is published to extend the public comment period.

DATES: Comment period has been extended until January 14, 2000.
