State of Florida; Amendment #2

    In accordance with information received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency dated December 6, 1999, the above-numbered 
Declaration is hereby amended to change the deadline for filing 
applications for physical damage as a result of this disaster from 
December 18 to December 20, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for economic injury is July 20, 2000.
