This notice is provided pursuant to section 10(c) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531, et seq.). Permit Number TE007824 Applicant: Wolf Timbers, Bolivar, Ohio (Martin J. Huth, President). The applicant requests a permit to obtain a captive-bred wolf pup (Canis lupus) in interstate commerce. The applicant has applied for a permit to obtain and add this pup to an existing facility for the purpose of conservation education in support of recovery of the species. The proposed transaction is requested to occur between the States of Indiana and Ohio.
