Summary

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed on behalf of Mountain West Broadcasting requesting the allotment of Channel 231C2 to Walden, Colorado, as that community's first local aural transmission service. Coordinates used for this proposal are 40- 41-54 NL and 106-29-48 WL.

Comments must be filed on or before March 29, 1999, and reply comments on or before April 13, 1999.
