CFR Correction

    In Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 60 to 139, 
revised as of Jan. 1, 1999, page 433, Sec. 121.339 is corrected by 
inserting the words ``beyond the rated capacity'' between the words 
``capacity'' and ``of'' in the last sentence in paragraph (a)(2).
