Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an operational meeting of the Citizen Advocacy Panel will be held Saturday, March 20, 1999, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Riverside Inn, 50 SW Morrison Street, Portland, OR 97204. Due to limited conference space, notification of intent to attend the
meeting must be made with Deborah Diamond. Ms. Diamond can be reached at 1-888-912-1227 or 206-220-6099. The public is invited to make oral comments from 10:00am to 11:00am on Saturday, March 20, 1999. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
