Intent To Grant a Partially Exclusive Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of intent to grant a patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that AirFlow Catalyst Systems, Inc., 
a corporation of the State of Delaware, having its principal place of 
business at 2600 Chase Square, Rochester, New York, 14604, has applied 
for a partially exclusive license to practice the invention LAR 15652-
1-CU, entitled ``Catalyst for oxidation of hydocarbons and volatile 
organic compounds,'' for which a U.S. Patent Application was filed 
December 16, 1997, by the United States of America as represented by 
the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. 
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent 
to the NASA Langley Research Center.

DATES Comments to the notice must be received by May 11, 1999.
