Supplementary Information
The notice of a major disaster for the State of California is hereby amended to include the Mortgage and Rental Assistance program under Section 408(b) of the Stafford Act in the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 9, 1999:
Mortgage and Rental Assistance program under Section 408(b) of the Stafford Act for the counties of Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Monterey, and Tulare (already designated for Disaster Unemployment Assistance). Mortgage and Rental Assistance program under Section 408(b) of the Stafford Act and Disaster Unemployment Assistance for Merced County.
