Agricultural Tillage Tools From Brazil (Inv. No. 701-TA-223 
(Review))

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of five-year review.

SUMMARY: The subject five-year review was initiated in December 1998 to 
determine whether revocation of the existing countervailing duty order 
would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of a 
countervailable subsidy and of material injury to a domestic industry. 
On March 8, 1999, the Department of Commerce published notice that it 
was revoking the order because no domestic interested party responded 
to its notice of initiation by the applicable deadline (64 FR 10993, 
March 8, 1999). Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.69 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Sec. 207.69), the 
subject review is terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 8, 1999.
