Summary
This document corrects a rule appearing in the Federal Register on March 29, 1999 (64 FR 14814), that allows nuclear power reactor licensees the option to change the frequency of licensees' independent reviews and audits of their emergency preparedness programs, safeguards contingency plans, and security programs. This action is necessary to correct erroneous citations.
