Correction

AGENCY: Social Security Administration.

ACTION: Notice; Correction.

SUMMARY: The Social Security Administration published a document in the 
Federal Register of March 26, 1999 concerning the submission of a 
request for comments of an information collection package for OMB 
approval. The document contained incorrect information in relation to 
the number of respondents and total burden hours.

Correction

    In the Federal Register of March 26, 1999, in FR, Vol. 64, No. 58, 
on page 14782, top of the first column, correct the Number of 
Respondents and Estimated Average Burden hours to read:
    Number of Respondents: 76,000.
    Estimated Average Burden: 15,833 hours.
