Correction

    In rule document 98-31946, beginning on page 66018, in the issue of 
Tuesday, December 1, 1998, make the following correction:

PART 1910-CORRECTED

    On page 66038, in the first column, the heading ``Sec. 1950.141 
[Amended]'' should be removed, and the authority citation to part 1910 
should read as set forth below:
    Authority: Secs. 4, 6, and 8, Occupational Safety and Health Act 
of 1970, 29 U.S.C. 653, 655, 657; Secretary of Labor's Order No. 12-
71 (36 FR 8754), 8-76 (41 FR 25059), 9-83 (48 FR 35736), 1-90 (55 FR
