of Friday, April 23, 1999, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 20036, in the second column, in the first paragraph 
under the heading, ``I. The Need for New Discovery Procedures'', in the 
sixth line, ``too'' should read ``two''.
    2, On the same page, in the same column, in the third paragraph 
under the heading, ``I. The Need for New Discovery Procedures'' in the 
fourth line, ``person(s)'' should read ``person(s).''
    3. On page 20037, in the first column, in the second paragraph, in 
the second line from the bottom, ``that'' should read ``that,''.
