Correction

    In notice document 99-10355 beginning on page 20302 in the issue of 
Monday, April 26, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 20303, in the first column, under Comments, starting in the 
fourth line ``[insert date 30 days after date of publication in the 
Federal Register]'' should read ``May 26, 1999''.
