Correction

    In rule document 99-20283, beginning on page 43098, in the issue of 
Monday, August 9, 1999, make the following correction:


 PART 213  [CORRECTED]

    On page 43101, in the first column, under amendatory instruction 
9., the subpart heading ``Subpart 231.1--Procedures'' should read 
``Subpart 213.1--Procedures''.
