Correction

    In proposed rule document 99-22088 appearing on page 46319 in the 
issue of Wednesday, August 25, 1999, make the following corrections:
    1. In the first column, in the heading, in the sixth line, 
``Extention'' should read ``Extension'', as set forth above.
    2. In the second column, under the heading Background, in the ninth 
line, ``July 30, 1999'' should read ``July 20, 1999''.
