Correction

    In rule document 99-24041 beginning on page 50453 in the issue of 
Friday, September 17, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 50455, in the third column, in the seventh paragraph, in 
the third line, ``temperature less than 550 deg.C'' should read, 
``temperature less than 55 deg.C''.
