Friday, January 15, 1999, make the following corrections:

    1. On page 2588, in the table, in the first column, under 40.0-40.5 
GHz, in the third and fourth lines, ``space-to-Earth'' should read 
``Earth-to-space''.
    2. On page 2589, in the table, in the fifth column, under 40.5-41.0 
GHz, ``Mobile'' should be added under ``Fixed''.
    3. On the same page, in the table, in the fifth column, under 41.0-
