Correction

    In rule document 99-9791, beginning on page 19261, in the issue of 
Tuesday, April 20, 1999, make the following corrections:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    1. On page 19262, in the second column, in the first line ``ACE IA 
E West Union, IA [Revised]'' should read ``ACE IA E5 West Union, IA 
[Revised]''.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the ninth line, 
``Geoerge L. Scoot'' should read ``George L. Scott''.
    3. On the same page, in the same column, in the 12th line, ``west 
union'' should read ``West Union''.
