Cypress Gas Pipeline, LLC; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on December 20, 2006, Cypress Gas Pipeline, LLC filed a revised Statement of Operating Conditions in compliance with the Commission's letter order issued on December 6, 2006, in Docket Nos. PR06-19-000 and PR06-19-001.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211).
