Correction

    In rule document 96-26072, beginning on page 54270, in the issue of 
Thursday, October 17, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 54279, in the first column, at the end of the first full 
paragraph, ``June 30, 1997'' should read ``March 1, 1997''.
