SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief 
from specified requirements of Title 14 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations. The purpose of this notice is to improve the public's

    Description of Relief Sought: Gama Charters seeks relief to allow 
it to meet pilot in command recency of experience requirements through 
compliance with Sec.  135.247 (a)(3)(i) or (ii) in an aircraft that is 
not type certificated for more than one pilot flight crew member.
