ACTION: Correcting amendments. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission published a document in the Federal Register on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 (80 FR 2591), providing the annual update to the fee schedule in Appendix A to Part 11, which lists per-acre rental fees by county (or other geographic area) for use of government lands by hydropower licensees and updating Appendix A to Part 11 with the fee schedule of per-acre rental fees by county (or other geographic area) from October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2015 (Fiscal Year 2015). DATES: Effective April 7, 2015.
