JBBR Pipeline LLC; Notice of Request for Waiver

    Take notice that on March 24, 2015, JBBR Pipeline LLC requested 
waiver of the verified statement requirements under 18 CFR 342.4(c) 
that would otherwise require a verified statement in support of initial 
committed rates, or subsequent contractual adjustments to those rates, 
filed pursuant to the declaratory order framework approved in Docket 
No. OR15-3.\1\

    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest in this proceedings
