SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announces that 
on June 2, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Market Risk Advisory 
Committee (MRAC) will hold a public meeting at the CFTC's Washington, 
DC, headquarters. The MRAC will discuss issues related to: (1) The 
appropriate industry response to current and potential cybersecurity 
threats; and (2) the concentration of Futures Commission Merchants, and 
its effect on, and other factors currently affecting, market liquidity.

DATES: The meeting will be held on June 2, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 
1:30 p.m. Members of the public who wish to submit written statements 
in connection with the meeting should submit them by June 16, 2015.
