    Take notice that on May 8, 2015, Christopher G. Huskilson, Stephen 
D. Aftanas, Scott C. Balfour, and Robert R. Bennett submitted for 
filing, an application for authority to hold interlocking positions, 
pursuant to section 305(b) of the Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C. 
825d(b), Part 45.8 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's 
(Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR part 45.8.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
