History

On May 1, 2015, the FAA published a final rule in the Federal
Register amending Class D airspace at William P. Gwinn Airport,
Jupiter, FL. (80 FR24793). After publication, the FAA found that the

Jupiter, FL, instead of Amendment of Class D Airspace, Jupiter, FL.
This action makes the correction.
The Class E airspace designations are published in Paragraph 6005
of FAA Order 7400.9Y, dated August 9, 2014, and effective September 15,
2014, which is incorporated by reference in 14 CFR 71.1. The Class E
airspace designation listed in this document will be published
subsequently in the Order.
