Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Mississippi Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 2 p.m. CST for the purpose of discussing and voting on an advisory memorandum on the civil rights concerns relating to potential disparities in the distribution of federal child care subsidies in Mississippi on the basis of race or color. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules

and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and 
the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Mississippi Advisory 
Committee (Committee) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 
2 p.m. CST for the purpose of discussing and voting on an advisory 
memorandum on the civil rights concerns relating to potential 
disparities in the distribution of federal child care subsidies in 
Mississippi on the basis of race or color. The committee previously 
gathered testimony on the topic April 29, 2015, and May 13, 2015.
