    k. Description of Request: The application explains that the 
applicant installed generating equipment that is different than the 
equipment approved in the exemption. The applicant is requesting to 
revise the authorized installed capacity of the project from 150 kW to 
250 kW to reflect the generating equipment installed at the project. 
The application states that the installation of generating equipment 
with a higher generating capacity does not impact the operation and 
hydraulic discharge of the project.
