SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-4222-DR), dated May 26, 2015, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: June 4, 2015.

period for this disaster is closed effective June 4, 2015.
