Description of the need for the information and proposed use: To provide an orderly and continuing means of assistance by the Federal Government to State and local governments in carrying out their responsibilities to alleviate the suffering and damage resulting from such disasters. Respondents: HUD staff and multifamily housing project owners who are subject to HUD regulations. Estimated Number of Respondents: 11,736. Estimated Number of Responses: 8.
