ACTION: Proposed rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District (PCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act). This revision describes actions that PCAPCD will take to prevent air pollution concentrations from reaching dangerously high levels. DATES: Any comments on this proposal must arrive by January 7, 2016. ADDRESSES: Submit comments, identified by docket number EPA-R09-OAR- 2015-0689, by one of the following methods: 1.
