    Description of Relief Sought: The petitioner is seeking relief to 
allow for an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) to report altitude in 
meters, to allow the Pilot in Command (PIC) to be able to transfer his 
or her designation, to change the PIC requirements to require only 
prior military UAS rated piloting experience and passage of FAA ground 
school knowledge test, to conduct nighttime operations, and operate 
from moving platforms.
